Three verticals, chosen for depth

A generalist brokerage learns your sector on your file. We chose the opposite: a narrow set of industries we know well enough to qualify a counterpart on sight.

Depth beats breadth

We concentrate on three verticals — speciality chemicals, automotive & precision mechanics, and food processing. Depth in a few markets lets us match real, qualified counterparts rather than spreading thin across sectors we would have to learn as we go. When we read an asset, we are reading it against a base of comparable deals, buyers and failure modes.

3 verticals
Chosen where European supply and Indian appetite overlap most cleanly.

Why these three

Each sits at the intersection of European supply and Indian industrial demand. Speciality chemicals carry IP and formulation value that travels well. Automotive and precision mechanics hold machines and know-how Indian manufacturers actively seek. Food processing combines equipment, brands and process expertise with strong local demand on both ends of the corridor. In each, the €10k–€10M band is deep and largely off-market.

Qualification on sight

Focus is what makes fast, honest qualification possible. Because we know the buyers, the residual value of the equipment and the regulatory texture of each sector, a go/no-go read takes days, not months. That is the difference between an intermediary who adds signal and one who simply forwards a file.

Key takeaways

  • We focus on speciality chemicals, automotive & precision mechanics, and food processing.
  • Depth lets us match qualified counterparts instead of spreading thin.
  • Each vertical sits where European supply and Indian demand overlap most cleanly.
  • Sector knowledge turns qualification into a matter of days, not months.
